The primary responsibility of the Service Administrator is to deliver exceptional technical support to SMITH & NEPHEW customers, executing within the ANZ service centre daily operations, including direct phone support with our customers. This role contributes to the success of ANZ service goals and objectives by upholding the highest standards of service quality across Australia and New Zealand. This is a 100% office based role onsite at out Eastern Creek office. What will you be doing? Deliver highly responsive repair and maintenance support, with a focus on SMITH & NEPHEW contract customers. Manage the Repair processing of SMITH & NEPHEW equipment in compliance with internal, corporate, and external standards (e.g., IEC 60601-1& AS/NZS 3551) while ensuring timeliness and cost-effectiveness. Complete the training program to become qualified to manage our assets within a quality management systems. Schedule Preventative Maintenance (PM) activities as per contractual obligations and internal procedures for customers under service contracts. Support other Service Administrators in managing the whole ANZ PM program. Manage overall inventory, drive ANZ stock cycle counts as scheduled. Support the Operations Lead and Field service engineers in state inventory management. Cultivate strong relationships with customers, sales representatives, and hospital staff to align with SMITH & NEPHEW objectives. Direct incoming and outbound repairs within our ERP and directly liaise with our customers. What will you need to be successful? Demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards teamwork. Ability to manage multiple competing requests. Has strong capability within standard computer systems (office package) Advanced communication skills and ability to form and maintain relationship with a diverse range of internal and external customers and colleagues. Demonstrates the ability to work autonomously and exhibits effective time management. Demonstrates the capacity to understand systems/processes, approaching work and problem-solving with a systemic, rational, and methodical mindset.
