ABOUT THE ROLE We a looking for a creative and innovative Senior Designer, who is a specialist in yardage to join our Cotton On Womenswear team. You will enable our vision identifying and creating elevated design solutions that are on-brand and which reflect current trends that our customers love. We will look to your to use your expertise and creative ability to design original graphics and yardage prints that meet strategic product objectives that reflect our brand DNA and vision. You will research and interpret trends to produce products our customer loves and will share these ideas with your team to encourage innovation and inspiration. You will partner with key internal stakeholders to conceptualise cohesive and commercial design solutions that meet brand expectations and which are on trend, and will share these creative artwork solutions with stakeholders to influence product decision making. You will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing trade results and product performance to inform future designs. If you are passionate about creating amazing graphics and yardage prints that are exciting, inspiring and on trend, then this could be your new role. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Degree / qualification in relevant field i.e. Fashion, Textiles, Graphic Design Proven experience in a similar Graphic Designer/ Yardage Specialist role Ability to lead and coach a team is highly regarded Proven designing original graphics, yardage prints and creating specs Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders with confidence Strong organisation, planning and time management skills Ability to make confident decisions that will determine the success of the brand Confidence in MS Office and Adobe Suite programs OUR CULTURE To describe COTTON:ON in six words is easy; optimistic, passionate, real, energetic, collaborative and, most importantly, ethical.
