Part of the Ramsay Health Care Group, Mt Wilga boasts an excellent clinical reputation as a leader in private rehabilitation, with large modern treatment areas, two hydrotherapy pools, and fully equipped gymnasiums. Mt Wilga offers comprehensive rehabilitation programs for patients presenting with a wide variety of conditions including orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, back and pain management, cardiac, amputee, reconditioning and lymphoedema. Under Ramsay Health Plus, Mt Wilga Private Hospital is also a NDIS registered provider, delivering therapeutic supports to NDIS participants. The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced all-rounder capable of providing casual administrative assistance across a variety of hospital areas including admissions, therapy reception and NDIS services. Comprising a combination of receptionist responsibilities and behind the scenes administrative functions, this role is suited to someone who enjoys variety, challenge and teamwork. Individuals with excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal and computer skills are invited to apply. Essential Criteria Strong communication skills (able to communicate well with our patients and their families/carers) High Standard of Customer Service Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency with typing Highly organised with strong multitasking skills Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team Positive and flexible approach to work Open to learning new skills and trying new things Completion of online 'NDIS Worker Orientation Module' (or willingness to complete) Current 'NDIS Worker Screening Check' (or willingness to obtain)($80 personal cost) Desirable Skills & Experience Experience working within a hospital or healthcare setting Familiarity with medical terminology Familiarity with Meditech.
