As a Sales Support Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in providing sales-focused support and ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues or complaints. Assisting customers by providing information about products, services, pricing, and availability. Processing customer orders, tracking shipments, and facilitating returns or exchanges as needed. Maintaining customer accounts. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and other departments to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience. Staying informed about products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information and support to customers. Providing support to the sales team by generating quotes, preparing sales materials, and assisting with sales administration tasks. Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and taking measures to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. What we’re looking for We're looking for someone who embodies our values and possesses the following qualities: Strong verbal and written communication skills A customer-centric mindset and the ability to empathise with customers' needs and concerns. The ability to quickly identify issues, analyse problems, and find solutions to resolve customer inquiries or complaints efficiently. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines. A keen eye for detail The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments. The capacity to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency with computer systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools used for order processing, communication, and data management. Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
