Work to SLAs & ensure customer expectations are managed. Perform second level Support analysis, troubleshooting & attempt to fix-on-first, before escalation. Routine maintenance of all PCs, laptops, printers etc Research & prepare reports on ad-hoc topics as instructed. Essential Skills 3 years’ experience in L2 & Systems Administration Demonstrated experience in supporting & administering Microsoft infrastructure; Windows AD, Windows Server, ADFS, Distributed File Services, SQL Servers, Remote Desktop Servers, System Centre services, Office 365, System Centre, MS Intune Excellent customer service & communication skills Experience in ITIL Service, Change and Incident Management processes. Experience with PC hardware set-up and configuration Office 365 Azure AD Intune (would also consider SCCM) Cloud technologies (AWS or Azure) On-prem hardware (Servers, switching, routing) Good General Networking (Cisco/Meraki network infrastructure (Layer 2 Switching) & Paolo Alto would stand out. Advantageous Skills Citrix and virtual technologies - an advantage VoIP and mobile telephony - an advantage Zoom, Adobe suite, IP/Cloud telephony (New Voice Media) - an advantage Experience supporting Apple hardware, MacOS set-up & configuration, JAMF – an advantage ITIL foundation qualifications preferred.
