We currently have a contract based in Kwinana that requires the services of a professional, skilled administrator until October 31st. If you consider yourself to be a bit of a go getter and have previous accounts experience, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities of the position include: Complete all data entry requirements daily Various reporting for branch / customer requirements Manifesting & review of driver run sheets Driver timesheet entry across multiple awards Weekly Invoicing & ad-hoc procurement Ensuring all payroll data entered is correct and within deadlines Assist with compliance administration Ensuring the integrity of documents, data entry and other operational paperwork Below are essential: At least 3 years in an accounts/payroll position Good level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail and quick learner Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise, and work under pressure Ability to work autonomously Own transport Benefits: Employee Assistance Program Discounted Health Plan Packages.
