The PositionCaregivers are required to act in accordance with the standards of behaviour outlined in the SJGHC Code of Conduct document.Maintains and develops clinical skills in order to care for patients appropriate to level of competence.Delivers a high standard of patient care utilising appropriate resources cost effectively.Adheres to and supports hospital policies, procedures and standards.Acts as the patient's advocate and facilitate the rights of individuals.Participates in a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care through the continuum of care.Prioritises workload using resources effectively.You will have a registration with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse, a demonstrated commitment to quality patient care and satisfaction, along with well-developed interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
