Although each day may be varied, general role responsibilities will include the below: Entering transport and delivery data into the SAP system. Managing orders in SAP. Process, compile and communicate non-compliant consignments, or discrepancies. Data entry, filing and general administration duties. Assisting with Customer freight requirements, concerns and enquiries. Assist in manifesting freight for delivery. Assisting in ensuring freight is booked in for delivery in line with Customer requirements. Assisting the Refrigeration Debrief Clerk with administration tasks. Assisting the Transport and Customer Service team with administration tasks. Desire to upskill across other areas of the business to ensure optimum coverage of business requirements. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Essential SAP experience (ideally in a transport environment). Data entry experience with strong computer skills, and attention to detail. Demonstrated experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Demonstrated experience working in an environment with changing and sometimes conflicting priorities. Can do attitude Desirable Previous experience & knowledge of warehouse and rail transport industries. Previous experience in a Customer service background.
