Your role will be to Support / Customer service and the distributor network / CRM system to manage and maintain detailed customer and prospective customer database / lists. At start Responding customer queries, Stock & Shipping enquires, Support distributor network, Phone and online enquires / follow ups and sourcing new opportunities. You will report directly to the Manager in the office on a regular basis plus use the company CRM on customer activity meetings. This is an excellent opportunity where you will work for a product that is very well known in their industry and have all the tools to make a real impact.
