Customer Service Officer - Mount Gravatt QLD Company : Bunnings AU You will be responsible for the day-to-day sales support of in-bound calls to the Customer Experience Team, whist ensuring the highest level of customer service in the network is maintained. You will have sound in-depth building / construction & supply chain knowledge and experience paired with excellent influence skills that enable the team to thrive while ensuring continuous success & development of our commercial strategies. What's involved: Process Purchase Orders for our Clients Providing quotes Incoming / outgoing communication - Emails and calls Inventory checking Contribute to a great team culture Be the conduit between our customer service teams & order fulfilment sites Build great strong relationships with all Internal stakeholders Support accurate orders for our account management teams Work with our CRM system stakeholders to ensure all interactions are delivered through this system to become one point for our customers Listen & action customer feedback to improve overall customer service experience whilst supporting the relationship and retention of our customer base You'll need: A genuine passion for customer service Strong COS and CCRM experience Electonic filing experience would be ideal Strong Planning & organisational skills Ability to prioritise & Manage time Effectively Attention to detail A proactive approach and willingness to learn Excellent telephone manner Excellent verbal and written communication skills, resilient with the ability to problem solve.
