We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Project Officer (Instructional Design) with experience in Learning and Development to create contemporary online learning experiences and educational programs. Reporting to the Manager, you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide learning and development advice to establish an online learning presence. The successful person For success in this position, you will have thorough knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and have experience successfully transitioning facilitated training to interactive online learning experiences. You will have a proven track record of developing, implementing and evaluating, successful learning solutions in a variety of formats, including e-learning, video, and other multimodal resources. This role requires an experienced instructional designer who can collaborate with subject matter experts, leverage the latest in technology, and apply best practices in adult learning theory to create compelling and effective learning experiences.
