The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional support services to clients while identifying opportunities for business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits. Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client systems and processes. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement innovative solutions. Lead and mentor junior support staff, sharing knowledge and best practices. Role Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support role. Strong customer service and communication skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships. In-depth knowledge of networking, servers, and desktop technologies. Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V. Strong familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Datto, Veeam ). Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
