ABOUT THE PROJECT Growthbuilt is delighted to announce that we have been appointed to lead the construction of ETHOS, Chatswood's first luxury residential and mixed-use development in almost four years. Exclusively centered within the heart of Chatswood and valued at $60 million, Ethos is a rare collection of ultra-luxury 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom residences and penthouses enriched by remarkable vistas and experiences including wellness facilities, boutique retail and a sky lounge. ABOUT THE ROLE You will be reporting to our Project Engineer, who enjoys coming to work with people that are self-driven but can also have a laugh along the way. You will be joining the team after they complete their excavation stage and have consolidated building designs, and it’s up to you to kick off the next stage. As part of the engineering team your role will be to drive the ITP process. At Growthbuilt, we take our quality processes very seriously, which means there is a detailed step-by-step process. Here’s what your day to day might look like: Participate in the development, implementation of ITPs Assisting in the establishment, maintenance and monitoring of project quality standards and procedures Identify and speak up when there are issues with the project, drive the development and implementation of solutions. Review subcontractor quality documentation and checklists to ensure compliance Review quality of subcontract works on site and communicate them with the project team Assist with ensuring design is completed to standard and on time to maintain program Manage, monitor and control the flow of technical information between the design disciplines and internal and external stakeholders Review consultant and subcontractor output for compliance with the design brief Reference tender package content for scope of work, product usage and design logic are carried out - where applicable ABOUT YOU You will be right for this role if you have: 2-3 years post-graduate experience in an engineering role We’re open to a range of backgrounds, but you will have structural experience from either residential or civil projects Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisation skills Degree qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management Proficiency in Procore, MS Suite and Aconex If you fulfill most of the above, we encourage you to consider applying.
