You will enjoy working within our Better Together social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location. What does your new role look like? Assisting our residents with general inquiries Ensure the reception area is always clean and well presented Assist with the upload of documents and information for the residents Assist with administrative tasks including documentation management and responding to queries over the phone or via email Maintaining client and staff database/records Ordering supplies such as staff uniform, stationary, laundry and housekeeping orders About You Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers. Does this sound like you?
