Great that you're thinking about a career with BSI Job Title: Sales Manager, Artificial Intellligence Location: UK & Ireland, Homebased About the role Our Artificial Intelligence business unit is continuing to grow, and we are looking for a sales manager to come and join our team. To build relationships across multiple industries that are utilising AI technologies; to be part of our commercial capabilities to drive sales activities. Responsible for the sales activities of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Business Development Executives (BDEs), using coaching techniques to optimise the performance of these individuals. Responsibilities: Develop and executes strategies and tactical business plans to drive sales growth, retention and profitability of accounts. Analysis of sales data (using automated tools i.e., tableau, SFDC) resulting in the development and execution of process improvement initiatives. Application of critical thinking, creativity and effective business communication skills to identify key client needs and formulate appropriate solutions. Lead the sales team, coaching development and overseeing sales activities Execute key account management and provide leadership across key strategic accounts, both with BSI partners and new business. Direct selling of RS AI products and indirect selling of appropriate BSI AI portfolio products through referral to other BSI Stream colleagues. Meet or exceed monthly/annual sales revenue budget, including mix of products and new products launched. Support the BDMs with cross-business alliance and relationships optimizing client opportunities and success. To be successful in the role, you will have: Experience of B2B Sales (such as Key account management, business development) A strategic approach to selling and contributing to the commercial plans for an organisation Experience of managing a team of sales professional Worked in a Global environment and conducting sales across different regions.
