In this role, you will develop strong customer relationships via inbound and outbound calls, as well as servicing web enquiries. This is an opportunity to help small and medium business with their waste management needs, allowing them to focus on their day-to-day. Key responsibilities include: Going the extra mile to provide a best-in-class, personalised customer service experience Harnessing and building relationships with customers, staying one step ahead of their needs to suggest relevant waste management solutions Managing both inbound and outbound calls and web enquiries Who you are: You’re a true people person, focused on providing superior customer service and ideally come from a background in Sales Coordination / Administration, call centre or similar environment You operate with maturity and empathy – our customers value honesty, integrity and a true partner You stay ahead of the curve – you know your customers and thrive on providing relevant solutions You’re confident in your ability and the way that you work – customer service, providing solutions, time management, organisational skills and role ownership are instilled in you You’re able to maintain prospect and lead information in our CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring that you use our systems and available data to support your success Whilst experience in the waste arena is a nice to have, more important to us is the drive, motivation and resilience required to succeed in a high growth, dynamic environment.
