Permanent | Full time | $75K - $95K Superannuation Com (DOE) About the Role: As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the driving force behind improving an emerging SaaS Start-up's market position. Your primary focus will be on selling AI-driven SaaS platform to Hotels and Accommodation providers. Our Client: A SaaS Start-up shaping the future of AI in Revenue Management with their cutting-edge and innovative software platform tailored for the Hotel/Accommodation sector, Scope of Work (but not limited to) B2B Sales of SaaS Subscription. Support and report directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager. Identify and pursue new business prospects/opportunities. Account-based prospecting and qualification. Schedule demos to help generate and secure sales pipeline. Canvassing for business via cold calling and visiting potential customers. Assist in the development and implementation of sales/marketing plans. Conduct market research to identify target industries and specific companies. Conduct and deliver compelling presentations/product demos to prospective customers. Liaising with key internal sales staff and industry associations to ensure opportunities are identified and pursued. Build and maintain key relationships with new and existing customers. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer relationship Management (CRM) system. Support the marketing activities from planning to execution of industry-related events and promotions. About You 2 years prior selling experience in a similar BDR/SDR role preferably in the Rev Management/Hotels/SaaS space. Persuasive and compelling communication skills. Passionate, entrepreneurial self-starter. Well-versed in strategic selling techniques to identify client needs. Proficient in MS Office and basic design software.
