The successful candidate will have: Extensive experience in a senior Sales Management position, experience in Volume Housing or Established Real Estate preferred Experience in developing and implementing business strategies to achieve sales targets, business unit revenue and business KPIs A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities A proven track record in people management and leading and mentoring a workforce Ability to implement continuous improvement within identified markets An Energetic and memorable approach, with experience in motivating a sales team and stimulating a referral network; and A Great Attitude This role requires a national police check be undertaken.
