This team operates from a beautifully appointed office set amongst cafes and plenty of parking. Benefits to working for this company: $80,000 - $100,000 Monday to Friday, zero weekends required Office bound role managing sales admin compliance Work closely with the management team Access to training with head office Josh Phegan Collaborative and friendly team environment Family friendly business engaged with the local community Team drinks, birthday celebrations, work anniversaries Sunny terrace space to enjoy lunch from What will you be doing in this role: This role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of a successful sales team working closely with a marketing coordinator to support the agents with the entire back-end sales process from administration to compliance so they can focus on listing and selling. Prepare for appraisals and draft agency agreements Prepare marketing timelines and quotes Review sales file compliance for all new listings Order contracts, prepare open and auction packs Prepare new listing email communication to buyer database Work with the Marketing Coordinator to get all campaigns live Attend auctions, register bidders, record bids Manage sales advice, exchange and settlement paperwork Ensure Vendors are ready for settlement, prepare settlement gifts Assist with tracking and release of sales deposits, collecting vendor account details Manage supplier relationships, rates and changes to service offerings Update workflows, policies etc to reflect legislative changes The right candidate will have: Strong knowledge of the sales administration process A Valid NSW Certificate of registration or real estate licence Knowledge of Agentbox and Realtair desirable Strong attention to detail and highly organised The ability to work as a part of a team and collaborate on tasks Flexibility to assist with auction events after hours as required Full Australian work rights To confidentially submit your CV please click apply or call 0450 668 223 to discuss the opportunity with Carlie Barnett at Recruit & Consult.
