We're a company that moves fast, and our impact is tangible. Job Summary As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising our sales processes and infrastructure. Your main objective will be to support our sales team, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and insights needed to achieve our ambitious sales targets. You will report directly to the Commercial Director and work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve sales effectiveness. Responsibilities Develop and implement efficient sales processes and strategies to achieve sales targets. Manage and optimise the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and planning. Analyse sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Maintain the external partners relationship, ensure existing clients satisfaction and loyalty; Provide regular reports on sales performance and operational efficiency to senior management. Work closely with the finance and logistics departments to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to advise on potential impacts or opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus; Min 5 years proven experience in sales operations, logistics or account management, preferably in Consumer Health Goods industry; Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams; Detail oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities; Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
