Benefits Salary up to 66K No late nights No weekend work No Public Holiday work Part of a team that values your opinion Key Responsibilities: Serve as the contact for clients by handling incoming and outgoing phone calls. Excellence in customer service is paramount. Manage client communications through email and phone. Perform data entry for orders, including frame tracing. Aid in receiving deliveries by unpacking and assigning stock to respective orders. Conduct daily account management, integrating customers into our established systems and procedures while providing added value. Support dispatch data procedures and the packaging of assignments. Help coordinate courier pick-ups. Contribute to the preparation of End-of-Month and Company Reports. Oversee both accounts receivable and payable. Skills Required: Previous Optical experience with associated qualifications Previous experience in customer service Outstanding communication abilities, encompassing both written and verbal interactions.
