About the Role The Administration Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the operational service delivery team with day-to-day administrative assistance. Working in partnership with Job Coaches, Post Placement Support Consultants, Customer Service Consultants and Regional Compliance Consultants, the administrative assistant undertakes activities that support and ensure service delivery compliance and WFA deliverables are achieved. Solid computer literacy and database management skills. High level of customer service orientation. Proven experience supporting a team environment. Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills. Excellent emotional intelligence to be able to connect, engage and motivate participants. Understanding of WFA principles highly regarded. Ability to work with conflicting deadlines and achieve KPIs.
