The State Sales Manager: Victoria Northern Region, will be responsible to lead a sales team of 12 direct reports to manage and grow profitable sales revenue. The sales team are distributed throughout the Northern Victorian Region and account for a third of Visy Boards VIC/TAS sales revenue. Duties Ensuring a safe working environment for team members. To ensure profitable sales growth in the region. Customer relationships are maintained and developed. Product and service provision to the market satisfies/exceeds Customer needs. Lead and mentor a highly capable, respected Sales Team. To provide direction to the business in setting strategy and participate fully in the Leadership team delivering on required goals and strategy execution. What you will bring to the team: Ability to develop new business and grow Revenue Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key customers particularly in the fruit and Produce sector in Regional areas. Ability to successfully lead multi-functional sales teams. You are a highly motivated, results driven leader. Commercial Acumen and negotiating skills.
