As our Group Manager, Organisational Design, your role is instrumental in shaping our strategies, particularly within remediation programs. Your profound expertise in organisational theory and strategic planning serves as the cornerstone for developing scalable frameworks. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, including the General Manager of Culture & Capability and the General Manager of People Partnerships, your aim is to optimize efficiency and role clarity across the Star Entertainment Group A few of your responsibilities: Lead the design, development, implementation, and delivery of organisational design that delivers and ensures workforce transformation outcomes are achieved. Advise key stakeholders regarding efficiency, agility, and effectiveness of organisation design and organisational changes, including restructuring, job redesign, and process optimisation To enhance efficiency, agility, and effectiveness, design and implement organisational changes, including restructuring, job redesign, and process optimisation in alignment with remediation requirements. Lead the development and implementation of organisational design strategies that align with The Star's purpose and strategic objectives. Collaborate with People Leaders, department heads, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and objectives. What we are looking for: Masters or Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Proven experience of 6-plus years in organisational design, development, and change management roles, preferably in a complex corporate and matrixed environment on organisational design, workforce change and/or workforce transformation projects. Strong understanding of organisational development, design principles, and change management methodologies. Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to inform decision-making. Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. You are a seasoned professional, renowned for your expertise in applying design methodology within intricate organisational landscapes. Drawing on your consultancy experience and collaboration with senior stakeholders, you've established yourself as a trusted expert, earning credibility along the way. Your technical mindset enables you to seamlessly align human processes with advanced methodologies, solving complex challenges with unwavering passion and resilience.
