Come and be a part of this success. About the Role In this role, you will be to create user-centric digital solutions that resonate with our users and drive meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities Collecting User Insights: Spend quality time with our internal users. Understand their pain points, aspirations, and how technology can better serve them. Storyboarding and Prototyping: Visualise potential solutions through storyboards and prototypes. Clear Communication: Articulate your design decisions confidently to Product Owners and Asset customers. Contributing to Design Culture: Be part of shaping our growing design culture. Collaborate with fellow designers to maintain consistency across our solutions and create standards of practice. Balancing Perfection and Pragmatism: Design and deliver products, services, and experiences that are suitable for our industrial context, blending aesthetics with practicality. About You Proficiency in user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and translating findings into actionable product design specifications. Demonstrated experience in journey mapping and executing research studies. Strong background in software design and development using the Agile scrum delivery framework within a high-velocity environment. Experience producing high-fidelity designs and supporting web and front-end development. Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe, or similar software. Excellent communication skills, adept at collaborating with both customers and internal product teams. Experience in being a proactive advocate for end users, with a strong sense of ownership. A collaborative and innovative mindset.
