THE OPPORTUNITY Salary: $70,973 - $76,352 per annum pro rata 11% super (depending on qualifications and experience).Time Fraction: Full Time, 1.0 EFT. Location: Chadstone campus.WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.Position Status: Appointment to 20/12/2024Working with Holmesglen Institute’s Office of Teaching and Learning, this position requires an experienced Digital and Graphic Designer to create still and motion graphics, digital images and interface designs for interactive multimedia projects across a broad range of media platforms.The successful candidate will have the ability to design and create still and motion graphics, digital images and interface designs for interactive multimedia projects, create and/or source high-quality professional images and other individual assets for multimedia and exercise regular communication with the line manager and other stakeholders within the organisation.The successful candidate will be joining a team that works closely together, they are very collaborative and assist each other when required. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and is able to complete tasks within the appropriate timeframes. ABOUT YOUDegree in graphic or multimedia design, visual arts or similar relevant field and proven relevant experience.Demonstrated experience with online and print-based projects including the design and development of appropriate media for print publishing, web and/or multimedia-based resources.Demonstrated experience and ability to undertake motion graphics and animation design and development.Demonstrated experience in the development of web-based and multimedia interface designs including the collation of accurate design information and requirements from clients.Understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Higher Education environments would be an advantage.Experience in graphic design communication with individuals and client groups in particular design concept and creation and the design of resources and content for Learning Management Systems in an educational environment.ABOUT USHolmesglen is a leading education provider, valued by local and international learners, industry and the community.
