You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including: Concierge and welcome calls Missed payments and early-intervention collections Simple customer service enquiries See Yourself in our Team We currently have Casual positions available with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm. This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office. To be considered for this role you must have the following availability: Available to work a minimum 15 hours per week, split over 3 shifts (minimum 5 hours per shift). 2 of these 3 shifts will be weeknights from 3pm - 8pm. Available to work from the Sydney Eveleigh office, once a fortnight. Outside of this, we’ll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability. Training will commence with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for the first 4 weeks (3 days). Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period. Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills, and progress in your career. There are opportunities to transition to permanent part-time positions.
