About the role: Based in Geraldton, the purpose of the Administration & Customer Service Officer is to contribute to the achievement of business goals and objectives via the provision of high-quality support in the functions of administrative duties and dealing professionally with customers. Deliver excellent administration and customer service to allocated contracts and site. Develop positive working relationships with other support functions and stakeholders to meet and exceed customer needs. Reconcile, report and audit asset management as required. Maintain accurate data records and ensure consistent execution of the end-to-end processes in compliance with company policies and finance timelines. Strive to continuously enhance service delivery by learning new technical skills and improving existing capabilities. About you: Sound knowledge of JDE & VRP or equivalent systems is highly regarded.
