What you will do As a Content Design Officer, you will: design customer centric content of a complex and substantial nature using design thinking principles and tools contribute to and maintain the overall information architecture that considers information across multiple websites ensure compliance with agency standards and align content with the Queensland Government web writing and style guide assist business groups to deliver content that is directed to their target audiences and meets their strategic agenda by providing high-level editorial and publishing advice and support use information from applications such as Google Analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of content and enable informed decisions and improved search engine optimization (SEO) perform quality assurance and contribute to the successful maintenance of all online information for the department maintain current knowledge of latest trends, best practice models, and contemporary practices related to online, digital and web service delivery.
