The key responsibilities of the AO3 Administration Officer within the ESU are to:- Create and manage electronic and hard copy files and documents and related registers to achieve comprehensive, accurate records of confidential files.- Provide a high standard of word processing and confidential secretarial and administrative support services using a variety of desktop software packages.- Other duties as directed. The ideal applicant will have:- Demonstrated ability to learn, understand and correctly apply rules, regulations and procedures.- High level organisation, administration and computing skills.- Ability to build positive relationships with team members and contribute to the accomplishment of team goals.- Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations and queries with tact and diplomacy.
