You process applications for grants for civil claim costs, manage ongoing files, authorise accounts and prepare reports. You initiate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote the scheme and manage the panel of approved firms. The role offers independence and flexibility. This position is until 30 June 2025 with the possibility of extension. What you will do Analyse, assess and process initial applications and extensions Supervise an administration officer Undertake file management activities Assess and authorise accounts submitted by private practitioners About you: The successful candidate will have Ability to analyse, comprehend, interpret and apply legislation, procedures and scheme guidelines Experience supervising a team and the ability to build and sustain relationships Excellent administrative skills including record keeping, following process and ability to write clearly and articulately Ability to demonstrate flexibility and reschedule or re-organise work to reflect priority changes What we can offer you 36.25 hrs per week (full time hours) 12.75% employer super contributions Generous salary packaging available Study leave for approved work-related courses.
