We are looking for Warehouse Workers for ongoing work in the Mitcham area. We are currently seeking skilled and safety conscious warehouse workers who can work on their own as well as in a team environment. This is a varied role with some production work as well as warehouse duties. You will be required to assist the manufacturing team for cables and related products based out of the Mitcham facility. 9AM - 5PM The role will consist of: General warehouse duties such as picking of orders, arranging dispatch, palletising of product. Assembly of cables & optical connectors to a high quality Operate fibre optic polishing machines Basic power tool use Full training will be provided as long as you have a production/warehouse background. About you: Forklift Licence highly regarded, but not essential Be able to work on your feet for up to 8 hours a day Excellent manual handling and repetitive motion abilities Excellent eye sight Adherence to safety requirements and company policies Accurate time and record keeping Good communication skills Being able to work effectively in a team Priority will be given to applicants with cable assembly experience.
