We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join our team and provide essential administrative support across various functions at our Eight Mile Plains site. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth business operations. Adhere to policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines in all administrative tasks. Assist with data entry, documentation, filing, and other clerical duties as needed. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency. About you: Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision. Strong time management skills with an excellent attendance record. Flexible approach to working hours to meet business needs. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
