Warehouse Customer Service Admin Officer — Campbellfield, Hume Area

Flexi Personnel is working with our client a leading distributor of construction fasteners, and is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Customer Service Admin Representative to join our team. This role involves managing high-volume orders and providing exceptional customer service through email, and inbound and outbound calls. Key Responsibilities: Process high-volume orders accurately and efficiently. Learn and manage numerous product codes. Handle customer inquiries and concerns via email and phone. Assist clients who prefer ordering over the phone. Manage an email inbox with approximately 40 emails daily, potentially up to 100 when covering for team members. Utilize excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients. Demonstrate good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Adapt quickly to our accounting-based systems. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar customer service role is advantageous. Strong communication skills Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Determined and highly motivated individual. Have worked with a large amount of Sku's highly desirable Ability to work 8:00 am to 4:06 pm. Pay Rate: $30ph - $33ph plus super and the right candidate has an opportunity to gain permanent employment.
