Customer Service Sales Support — Botany, Botany Bay Area

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Sales Support professional to join their team in Botany, NSW 2019. This role is initially offered on a casual basis for the first 6 months, with the potential for progression to a full-time permanent position for the right candidate. Duties and Responsibilities Receiving incoming customer phone calls and managing email correspondence. Order taking - including keying in orders. Preparing customer quotes. Assist and serve customers in their shopfront. Contact customers in relation to order status and supply situation. Proactively call customers and inform them of backorder and substitution information daily. General office duties. Mon- Fri 7:30am - 4pm $35 per hour Skills & Experience Previous customer service/ sales experience handling regular inbound calls. Experience processing customer orders Ability to undertake a diverse range of duties in a busy office environment. Confident MS Office skills.
