The role: As a Counter Sales team member, you will provide efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base. This is a full-time permanent role based in Seven Hills, NSW. Work hours are Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm – no weekends. Your key responsibilities include: Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and enquiries. Counter sales, including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set. Answering telephone and email enquiries. Actioning customer requests and enquiries face to face, over the phone and via email. Liaising with suppliers. Stock control, including re-stocking shelves and packing orders. General warehousing duties as required. To be successful in this role: Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. Any experience in the hardware, industrial or construction supply Industries would be very beneficial, but not essential. English as a first language is essential, as your ability to establish professional relationships while building rapport will be a key to your success in then role. You will need to be a genuine team player with a passion for exceptional customer service to be successful in delivering exceptional service and solutions for your customers.
