The OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has become available in our Supply Chain function for a Head of Site Warehouse and Logistics to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Site Supply Chain and based at our Broadmeadows site, you will lead the multi-site logistics team in providing the Broadmeadows, CSL Melbourne and Seqirus Tullamarine sites with reliable and exact materials management and movement in a safe and compliant manner. You will also manage the development of medium- and long-term strategic plans to ensure the warehouse and logistics function meets future demands. The RoleResponsible for the daily operations and warehouse and logistics function.Lead the logistics team of 70 FTE, Management of Inventory accuracy, warehousing and movement of Inventory valued > $500 million.Deliver for Production Value Streams, BMF, Base Frac, Bulk, Filling, VI and Packing and materials for all site Laboratories.Manage OPEX budget of AU$15 million, control of operational expenses and forecast for Broadmeadows Main Store, Logistics Hub and CSL Melbourne.Responsible for the daily operations of Plasma Single unit verification function, this forms the first step in plasma manufacture and is critical to supply of plasma into Facility F.Oversee the Logistics Hub operational Team(s) FTE and forecast planning.Accountable for ensuring export trade compliance including adherence to Trusted Trader and Known Consignor Programs.To be successful:Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain / Logistics, business management or relevant business experience and training – ideally APICS qualifications.Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry experience preferred with experience in cGMP, GWP and GDP.Experience in a logistics role with management and overseeing a team of 30 resources (necessary).Strong experience in managing third party providers (warehousing and transport providers).
