This full time/long term position will suit someone who is a fully qualified finance manager. The role This hands-on role will require someone that is a hardworking individual who can thrive in a small team with a positive attitude to work against deadlines. Responsibilities: Monthly & Annual financial reporting Cashflow forecasting Consolidated management accounts Project reporting Annual QBCC financial reporting & monitoring of financial ratios monthly Annual Income Tax return preparation for the group companies Key user for financial & project management system Management of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll Asset Purchase Liaise with financiers to obtain asset finance Reporting on financial liabilities Recording of interest on liabilities Bank Covenant reporting Update PPSR Preparation & lodgement of BAS, FBT, other reporting to ATO Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting Private entity / company tax experience Excellent communication skills Familiar with procor Ability to engage effectively with internal / external stakeholders Exposure of managing Accounts payable, Accounts receivable and payroll teams Ability to embrace working in a close-knit team and a passion for the Construction industry Be a confident operator to make Financial improvements for the business Excellent attention to detail and high level of self-motivation Benefits: Flexible working arrangements available (hybrid work model) Work with a fantastic close-knit Finance team Ongoing reward and recognition programs Corporate uniform provided Regular company social and community events Free onsite parking A large range of company staff discounts
