Work in the contact centre within our state of the art Adelaide HQ. Provide support over phone and webchat to our customers about their account and our products. Display care and acknowledgement of customers thoughts and concerns making them feel heard and understood Confidently and positively talk customers through what we can do for them Give the customer product options and educate to enhance the value they get from us Work efficiently through every interaction using Salesforce to accurately transact for the customer Work towards KPIs and goals focusing on our Customer Advocacy program The contact centre is open Mon-Fri 6.30am to 5.30pm with an earlier finish on the weekend. Your hours will be rostered within these times. Who are you?
