The Benefits: Work with a well-known and respected landlord Prime location in a beautiful part of the city Work with a supportive, vibrant team Fantastic on-the-job training for career progression within the company Very competitive salary The Role: Assist the Commercial Property Managers across a premium property portfolio Lease administration - preparation & distribution of Lease Proposals & License Agreements Assisting with the preparation of monthly reports Liaise with Solicitors Monitor the Lease Status report Issue & negotiate on new leases Preparing license & temporary agreements Assisting in ad-hoc administrative duties Upkeep and roll-out of property management software Website maintenance and online marketing duties Maintain and manage accurate data Liaise with tenants and contractors regarding maintenance Ideal Skills/Experience Previous experience in property, ideally 2 - 3 years in management/administration Relevant qualifications Great written and oral communication skills Superior attention to detail and high regard for quality standards Ability to prioritise and organise a high-volume work program Adaptability Sound computer skills in Microsoft Word/Excel Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight, operational, and financial deadlines Ability to work well in a team environment For more information please call Mallory Perkins on 0493 247 or email your CV to goughrecruitment.com.auPlease note, only successful applicants will be contacted.
