You have probably seen us around in our Blue Trucks, collecting your rubbish, but we do so much more than that The Cleanaway Campbellfield facility provides collection and disposal services for waste oil and water, bilge oil from ships, industrial wash water, inert sludge and packaged waste disposal. We specialise in petroleum-based hydrocarbon waste recovery, catering for all types of total petroleum hydrocarbons. We are looking for an enthusiastic full time Customer Service Officer to join our team at Campbellfield. This team value teamwork, commitment and are looking for the right candidate with the same values who can not only support but also drive the team to accomplish their goals and KPI’s in current busy times. You will be responsible for the day-to-day interaction with our valued customers including but not limited to: Proactively handle internal and external customer queries via phone, web and email. Manage customer complaints to resolution, following set procedures. Booking in collections and resolving any issues. Maintain our CRM Database of customer information, receiving and filling in council forms etc. Work with our customers to help make a sustainable future possible Your skills and experience Previous experience in a customer facing role or call centre environment would be beneficial. Excellent telephone etiquette and rapport building skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in data entry, customer maintenance. Excellent communication and time management skills. Previous experience using Microsoft Office tools would be highly regarded. Previous experience with Salesforce CRM also highly regarded (however training will be given) Call Centre experience from any industry beneficial however not mandatory. What is in it for you?
