This is a busy and highly motivated team who are responsible to assess and issue a variety of occupation permits and consents relating to building and utility works within the municipality. The successful applicant will have: An understanding of relevant legislation including the Road Management Act and associated Consents and Council's Local Laws and the permits issued under them. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a high workload of technical permits with a strong focus on customer service. Great problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
