Position Overview: As a Sales Representative with Auto Paint experience, you will play a pivotal role in expanding their presence in the automotive industry. You will be responsible for building and nurturing both new and existing relationships with key stakeholders in the paint, panel, and mechanical sectors. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive paint, panel, and mechanical professionals. Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to increase market share. Present and demonstrate their products and services to potential clients. Provide exceptional customer service and support to their existing clients. Achieve sales targets and objectives. Travel within the local area as well as outside the local area to meet clients. Work extended hours as required, with time-in-lieu (TIL) compensation for overtime. Qualifications: Proven experience in the automotive industry, particularly in auto paint, panel shops, or as a parts interpreter. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Existing relationships in the paint, panel, and mechanical industries are a plus.
