In this role you will lead the scoping, design and development of strategically aligned learning solutions for colleagues and managers across our Wealth and Personal Banking/Channels team. Building blended solutions that equip colleagues and managers with the right skills, behaviours and values to deliver our strategic priorities. With significant experience in blended, innovative learning design, you'll be able to balance a more strategic perspective, with a pragmatic approach in providing expert advice and suggesting creative solutions to colleague and manager development gaps. Responsibilities: Detailed knowledge of Wealth capability requirements, including onshore and offshore markets, legislation, risk frameworks and market dynamics. Building a Wealth capability framework, including design, implementation, and rollout. Design a Wealth assessment and competency evaluation program. Strategic design of Wealth career pathway from entry level to Private Banker. Create a capability strategy that builds critical colleague and manager capabilities for now and in the future, both skills and behaviours. Translate data informed development needs into learning solutions that align to key initiatives at a strategic level Use your experience of developing critical capabilities to curate and/or design leading-edge learning interventions in partnership with internal stakeholders from across the business - using creativity, latest thinking and technology to enhance the learner experience Managing end to end complex learning design to address develop needs, utilising a variety of learning formats, (digital, F2F, video etc). Being the SME on design content, drawing on external thinking to create sustainable and leading edge solutions Work with subject matter experts across the business to ensure both what and how (skills and behaviours) are incorporated into learning solutions, ensuring the best learning experience for colleagues and managers, contributing to the delivery of an offer that is simple, accessible and consistent across the business Use data & analytics to critically review and evaluate existing development solutions Continually assess and manage the operational risks associated with the role and the business, and notifying stakeholders of any legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements or concerns Present data in a compelling way to report back to the business, make recommendations for improvements and support future business cases Requirements Requirements: Proven track record of leading or building Wealth capability requirements, including onshore and offshore markets, legislation, risk frameworks and market dynamics. Expert knowledge in building capability frameworks, including design, implementation, and rollout. Strong experience working in the Australian Wealth financial markets building and running assessment centres and competency program design. Experience of strategic workforce planning, including evaluation of capability and competency. Senior Manager level experience of communicating and coordinating Wealth focused strategic initiatives. Creative, end to end learning needs analysis and blended learning design Strong learning design across a variety of formats and levels - virtual, blended, online, using latest thinking and approaches Superior organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and meet critical deadlines Knowledge and experience of both technical and behavioural learning design Able to demonstrate knowledge of latest learning trends and how people learn Ability to think beyond the here and now - connecting learning to the wider business context. Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
