As our Organisational Design Specialist reporting to the Group Manager, Organisational Design, you will play a crucial role in enhancing organisational effectiveness at The Star by spearheading strategic organisational design initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your expertise in design, change management, and strategic planning and collaborate closely with stakeholders to optimise structures and processes, aligning with our goals and remediation program. A few of your responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of current organisational structures, processes, and systems. Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of organisation, and role design changes. Facilitate collaboration and communication across departments to drive organisational design alignment and synergies. Lead continuous improvement efforts to refine and enhance organisational design processes and methodologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure organisational design initiatives align with strategic goals What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field Proven experience of 3-plus years in organisational design, development, and change management roles, preferably in a complex corporate and matrixed environment. Proven understanding of organisational development, design principles, and change management methodologies. Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. You embody a dynamic professional with a keen analytical mindset and strategic foresight. Your adeptness at understanding complex project plans through a technical lens, alongside your proficiency in enhancing workflows and optimising processes, underscores your commitment to driving efficiency within organisations.
