Due to continued growth of our business, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our collaborative Customer Solutions division. Working at the forefront of our customer interactions, you will be in a unique position to learn a wide range of processes across all products, while also being able to contribute to process improvements to help transform our business and our customer interactions. Responsibilities • Handle inbound calls relating to a range of customer enquiries, while delivering an exceptional experience to our customers and the dealer network • Responding to written correspondence received from clients or our dealer network. • Liaise with internal stakeholders to effectively manage consumer and commercial customers. • Taking ownership of complex matters and participating in change implementation activities. • Contribute to the success of the wider Operations team, by supporting other areas from time to time. Your background • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex processes to clients and commercial partners. • Previous contact centre experience is preferable but not essential, as training will be provided. • Demonstrable knowledge of, or interest in, Financial Services would be expected. • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (completed or ongoing) would be highly regarded. • High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the capability to work in a high-pressure environment. • Demonstrable proficiency across the MS Office suite would be highly regarded.
