The duties will include: Counter sales, including customer service, responding to sales enquiries, preparation of and sending out of quotes. Actioning customer requests and enquiries face to face, over the phone and via email. Liaising with suppliers. Stock control, including re-stocking shelves and picking packing orders. Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and management requests as required. About you: This role is ideal for team players with a background in customer service across trade & services or electrical who are eager to grow and succeed. Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role.
