FULL TIME RETAIL SECURITY SUPERVISOR About This Role: Wilson Security have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Security Supervisor. The person we are seeking will be leading the team of Security Officers on site. The Site Supervisor is given full accountability for overseeing the operation and performance of a designated site(s), and is an important conduit of information to State Operations Management. The site supervisory duties include, but are not limited, to ensuring the administration of the team is of a high standard and that records of duties, training matrices and other reporting requirements are met. The Site Supervisor will lead the team by example and be the first point of contact in the Supervisory/Management chain. The Site Supervisor is entrusted with the responsibility of safeguarding people and property. By providing these services, the role aims to create a safe and secure environment. ·Work at an iconic Adelaide precinct ·Exciting Full-Time position ·Attractive Remuneration ·Career Growth ·Excellent work environment and support Key Responsibilities of the role: · Lead and develop a team of Security Officers · Manage and oversee all security operations for the site · Train security officers on site procedures and protocols. · Ensure that all security measures are properly implemented and followed by all officers. · Respond to any security incidents and manage emergency situations. · Maintain accurate records of security operations and report any incidents to management. · Collaborate with site management and other departments to address security issues and concerns. · Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that security standards are being met. · Monitor and control access to sites, ensuring that only authorised personnel are allowed entry. To be considered for this position, you will have: · Worked in a security aligned business, or similar. · Preferably 1 years' experience or more in a supervisory capacity. · Possess a current South Australian Security Industry Licence and First Aid Certificate. · Experienced leadership and management skills. · Decisive decision maker in high-pressure situations. · Works independently and as part of a team. · Excellent time management skills meeting deadlines. · Must have full working rights If you think you have what it takes to be a Wilson employee, don't hesitate to apply now.
