The Gold Fields Australia Graduate Program offers tailored mentoring, technical development and role specific training to help you succeed including learning from international team of experienced professionals. This program is three years for Mining Engineer Graduates as this allows you to be properly set up for success as you build skills across a wide variety of experiences offered across our four mines sites. We are seeking applications from passionate & motivated candidates keen to commence their career as a Graduate: Mining Engineer. These roles will be offered on an 8 days on, 6 days off Fly in Fly out roster from Perth.
