Being a Customer Service Representative, you'll embody the friendly voice our customers rely on, leaving a lasting impression with every interaction. What Will You Do? Working with a friendly and inclusive team, you will be a key contact for sales and service enquiries. This will see you: providing personalised assistance to customers, handling inquiries and quotes via phone and email nurturing leads by following up on quotations and inquiries, converting them into rewarding sales opportunities partner closely with internal stakeholders including marketing, warehouse, and sales teams to exceed customer expectations.
